From Monday 15th July 2013, all Bell Block and New Zealand beneficiaries can be required to undergo drug tests. Beneficiaries with work or training obligations can be required to take the test. Those who fail to take or pass the test must agree to stop using drugs.(Should of been done years ago we say, and should be a lot tougher.)
