A Lotto player in Bell Block or New Plymouth has won a $250,000 share of first division. The winning ticket was bought at Countdown the Valley. The first division prize was split with other two other winners from Christchurch and one from Dunedin. Powerball was not struck and has jack potted to $17 million.
