New Plymouth District Council Voting update – 26,175 voting papers have now been received (about 48%) compared to 28,600 (about 53%) at this stage in the 2010 election. If you haven’t voted yet you have until midday tomorrow to hand deliver your vote to one of the following sites:
New Plymouth District Council Civic Centre, Liardet Street, New Plymouth, Bell Block Library and Service Centre, Parklands Avenue Shopping Centre, Bell Block, Inglewood Library and Service Centre, Rata Street, Inglewood, Waitara Library and Service Centre, Queen Street, Waitara

Mayor: Harry Duynhoven
Councillors: Reubyn Doyle, Howie Tamati, Murray Chong, Denis Wadsworth, Gordon Brown, we stopped at these candidates. We felt the rest weren’t even worth the trouble to tick…..at least we voted.
