A ticket purchased in Flat Bush in Auckland has won $10.6 million in the latest Lotto Powerball draw on Saturday 16 November 2013. The winning ticket was sold at Botany Junction Four Square, the New Zealand Lotteries Commission says. The prize was made up of $10.18m from the Powerball first division and $500,000 from the Lotto first division.A Lotto player in Wellington is also celebrating after winning a $500,000 share of first division. The winning ticket was sold on MyLotto.co.nz.In September, a player from Auckland took home more than $33m in a must-be-won Powerball draw.
