Hundreds of Bell Block resident’s are expected to go along to tonight, Sunday 15th December 2013 to the fun-filled family celebration planned for this year’s Christmas at the Bowl. It is an event for the community by the community and something that everyone can afford to do with their family to celebrate the festive season. Dubbed Taranaki’s biggest variety show of the year, it boasts lots of local talent and a fireworks display. Gates at TSB Bowl of Brooklands will open at 5pm and families are encouraged to enjoy a picnic dinner and appreciate the atmosphere of the event. Pre-show entertainment starts at 7pm, with Christmas at the Bowl beginning at 8pm. Santa himself and a host of Taranaki entertainers will be present to delight the audience, but you are reminded to take along your best singing voice to join in the carols. Entry is by gold- coin donation, with candles and holders provided at the venue.
