This man Darryl Sarten is going door to door in Bell Block and other areas selling small pictures, stating they have been made by people from Hands-on-art Studio or vision impaired people, who are based at the Metro Plaza on Devon Street West, New Plymouth.. Darryl was asked to stop doing this last September 2013 and the police have warned him that he is breaking the law. Recently the Management from Hands on Art Studio have been notified that he is still selling these pictures and stating the money is going to their studio. They have not seen any money from Darryl at all and don’t expect to. If you see Darryl at all selling these pictures please can you contact the police immediately.
