Thursday 24th April 2014 is Poppy Day in NZ and Bell Block. Throughout Bell Block today the Bell Block and District’s Lions Club were out selling over 1000 poppy’s. Thousand’s of dollars were raised with a steady flow of sales from 10am till 3pm. It was very warming to see the youth get so involved in buying up Poppy’s like no other. Fingers crossed the weather is good in Taranaki throughout ANZAC day on Friday 25th April 2014.
