Kickboxing is a high intensity martial art that in a 1 hours session can burn up to 750 calories, is a fighting art combining kicks and punches so is a pure form of self defense and has a great social aspect to it. @ only $5 per session its a great suppliment to other workout program’s or equally effective as a main workout routine. Adults classes are restarting on Thursday 21st January 2016 at Bell Block hall costing just $5 per session with your first session free.
